Custom beef Processing
We have been processing custom beef orders since 1958. We can process whole, 1/2 and 1/4 beef orders.
We typically age each beef for 10-14 days after slaughter.
All meat is paper wrapped. We do not vacuum/shrink wrap.

Beef Pricing (estimates/averages):
- Whole Beef: ~ $3,400.00
- 1/2 Beef: ~ $1,700.00
- 1/4 Beef: ~ $850.00-$950.00
- This pays the farmer for the beef PLUS the processing
