We have been processing custom beef orders since 1958. We can process whole, 1/2 and 1/4 beef orders.
We typically age each beef for 10-14 days after slaughter.
All meat is paper wrapped. We do not vacuum/shrink wrap.
Each roll of hamburger patties weighs 5 lbs.
