Custom beef Processing

We have been processing custom beef orders since 1958. We can process whole, 1/2 and 1/4 beef orders.


We typically age each beef for 10-14 days after slaughter. 


All meat is paper wrapped. We do not vacuum/shrink wrap. 



price increase July 21, 2025

Beginning July 21, 2025 we will be increasing our processing prices to $1.00 per pound for 1/2 and whole beef and $1.10 per pound for 1/4 beef orders. All previously scheduled appointments (as of 5/22/25) that fall after the price increase date will be honored at our original rate.

Beef Pricing (estimates/averages):

  • Whole Beef: ~ $3,400.00
  • 1/2 Beef: ~ $1,700.00
  • 1/4 Beef: ~ $850.00-$950.00
  • This pays the farmer for the beef PLUS the processing
