We have been processing custom beef orders since 1958. We can process whole, 1/2 and 1/4 beef orders.
Our weight limit on beef is 1,250 lbs. live weight. We will not accept ANY beef over this weight limit.
We typically age each beef for 10-14 days after slaughter.
Each roll of hamburger patties weighs 5 lbs.
