We have been processing custom beef orders since 1958. We can process whole, 1/2 and 1/4 beef orders.
Our weight limit on beef is 1,200-1,300 lbs. live, or 800 lbs. hanging weight. Any beef dressing over this weight will be assessed a higher processing rate.
We typically age each beef for 2 weeks after slaughter.
Each roll of hamburger patties weighs 5 lbs.
